How the EasyCollect website and portal use information, sessions and account records.
The public website
You can browse these pages without creating an account. The website uses a session cookie shared with the portal. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
Contacting us
The contact link opens your email application. Information you choose to send can be used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested service. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive payment information.
Using the portal
The portal processes account, billing and collection information entered by your organization. It uses session cookies to keep you signed in and records relevant application activity. Access depends on the account role and organization scope.
Your organization’s records
For questions about your account, correcting information or the handling of business records, contact your organization’s administrator. Record retention and any service-specific arrangements should be confirmed with your organization.
Google sign-in and signup
If you choose Google, we request your basic profile and email through Google's authorization page. We use your verified email, name and Google account identifier to complete signup or connect Google sign-in to your existing account. We do not receive your Google password. We do not request access to Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files.
We store the Google account identifier and account email for the connection. Your name may prefill the signup form. The access token retrieves your profile during sign-in and is not stored for continued Google access. Existing users connect Google from their signed-in account. Public Google signup creates merchant workspaces only.
Account removal and Google access
To request account removal or removal of your Google connection, email help@dspak.com from your registered address. We may verify ownership before processing the request. Business and billing records may need to be retained for accounting, outstanding obligations or your organization's requirements. You can also remove EasyCollect's access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings.
